1. What areas do we cover?

We cover Clacton, Colchester and all surrounding areas. We also cover the whole of East of England and London on  a one off or contract only.

2. How much do you charge?

For one off spring cleans -  Move in/out clean:

 

We typically charge £45 - £75.00 for a 1Bedroom home or office

£65 - £95.00 for a 2 Bedroom home.

£95 - £125.00 for a 3 bedroom home

First time and one off cleans are generally a little more expensive.

 

Many homes /offices would then fall under our minimum charge of  £8.50 - 9.50 per hour for weekly ongoing services and our eco friendly supplies are included in the price. Offices/ Commercial work from £8.50 per hour by arrangement

 

Decorating costs are on estimate only basis by appointment

 

Gardening costs from £10.00 per hour for general gardening

 

Mattress Deep Clean and steam from 20.00

 

Klean Living are a reputable local company and we are happy to provide references. All staff are screened and we are fully insured with public liability.

3. Cancellations

We request that all cancellations or a reschedule is preferably two business days in advance for which there is no charge. Cancellations or a reschedule less than 24 hours before arranged appointment is charged at £30. Same day cancellations are charged the full price of the scheduled cleaning.

4. Will you send different people to me?

As a rule we will always try to send the same person or team to you as both you and they would be familiar with your needs. However we like to afford you the same courtesy as we ourselves expect and if there is a scheduling problem we would only send another team with prior notice.

5. What supplies do you use?

The supplies we use are listed in our Product Recommendation list. and we use them because the human and environmental health cost is lower. We only use and look for supplies that are non-toxic, bio-degradable and very effective. We will use steam where possible.

6. Is Klean Living a franchise?

The owners are the managers or cleaners in the business and owners work in the business. We are a home based business and welcome pre-booked appointments.

7. What about Tips and gratuities?

Our teams never expect gratuities but would be happy to receive them if you choose.
